Each of the EASI Reports generated using the Right Site for the Web is first presented in a well defined table with any applicable footnotes following it. To format an EASI Report for printing use the navigation bar in the left column to access a "Print Friendly Report" by clicking on the corresponding button. Use the browser "print" button to print the report.
To copy the report to a spreadsheet program use the navigation bar in the left column to access a "Print Friendly Report" by clicking on the corresponding button. Highlight the entire report using the left mouse button, then press the right mouse button and choose "Copy" to capture the report to the system clipboard. Open the spreadsheet program, start a new spreadsheet, position the cursor in the upper left-hand cell, right click the mouse and select "Paste." The full report will be imported into the spreadsheet.
Another method for exporting the report is to use "Save As" from the browser's File Menu and save the page as a Web Page which can later be loaded into a spreadsheet.
Notes on EASI Reports:
EASI Provides reports for both Census 2010 Data and Updated Data (paid subscribers only).
To avoid confusion, a footnote on the bottom of each page notes the year of the data.
Some reports will show a column for % of US Total for each variable if it has been chosen in the Quick Report.
In a Trend Analysis Report for an area, the % of US Total option will not be available.
The ranks shown reflect only the areas within the States included in the analysis. To show where an area ranks within the entire country, do not use the Select States option. Remember, however, Block Group and Census Tract analyses must select States and therefore they cannot be ranked within the entire country.
The profile's intensity score is reported for each area. This score is a measure of concentration but not size. To determine how large an area is, include the raw values for each of the variables used in defining the profile. If these values are chosen, the population will be included as well.

Ring Studies - Site Selection with Maps
If the largest ring in the analysis is 15 miles or less, the report will be based on the Block Groups whose population centroids fall within the ring. If the largest ring is over 15 miles, the report will be based on ZIP Codes.
If a Three Ring Study is selected, the aggregate data values for each of the three rings will be reported, as well as the number of areas which fell within each ring.
If a Single Ring Study is selected, the report will be similar to a Quick Report, with a data value, an EASI Score , and an EASI Rank .
