These statistical data are provided to assist authorized NAIS members in understanding the demographic changes affecting the independent school community and making sound decisions at an organizational level. They are not intended to be available for personal use or as part of any effort to cause deliberate harm to individual schools, the NAIS membership, or independent education.
NAIS does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of any of the information found in the Demographic Center, nor does it warrant or guarantee that the resultant information or reports created by the schools is appropriate for any particular purpose.
In no event shall NAIS or any third parties mentioned on the NAIS website be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use the NAIS Demographic Statistics and the material therein, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not NAIS is advised of the possibility of such damages. NAIS is NOT responsible for any consequences or damages resulting from errors or inaccuracies in the data or the use or operation of this site by the school or others.
Intellectual Property.
The information contained in the Demographic Center is the intellectual property of Easy Analytic. NAIS and its member schools have a limited license to use this information for the purposes provided herein.
Acknowledgement, Acceptance, and Release of Liability.
By using the Demographic Center, the user signifies that s/he accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of the school and the school hereby releases NAIS of any liability resulting from improper or proper use of this information by the school, its agents, or any other individual or entity. NAIS does not guarantee or warrant in any way the accuracy of the information provided through this service.
