DASL (Data and Analysis for School Leadership)

Data and Analysis for School Leadership, or DASL (pronounced "dazzle"), collects, integrates, and stores data from schools and other relevant sources to help school leaders make numbers-driven decisions. Each year, NAIS works with more than 35 state and regional associations to gather the latest school data on demographics, admissions, annual giving, financial aid, financial operations, salaries, schools, students, staff, and tuition. Independent school leaders can leverage the DASL platform to run benchmarking reports to compare their schools' figures to national or regional figures, or to the customized comparison group of schools that they choose.
