Tabular Reports

Summary Reports are ordered lists of areas provided for an analysis. A Summary Report ranked by how well areas match a target profile can be generated for a User Profile Analysis, a Sales Potential Analysis, or a Site Study Filter shows the areas ranked by proximity to the target site.

The Summary Report can be used to select multiple records from the initial ranking for further analysis. Click and drag the mouse to select a contiguous group of records, or use the CTRL key/mouse click combination to add individual areas to the selections.

Study Totals creates a Detailed Report for a composite record made up of some or all of the records in the Summary Report. Any selected group of records can be totaled using this option. Study Totals are frequently used to create Ring Studies, both Single Ring Study and 3 Ring Studies.

Select Report changes the information in the Summary Report window. Any report in the EASI Select Reports can be selected, but some reports are too wide to fully display as a summary report. If a report won't fit in the Summary Report window, a message will be displayed indicating some columns may be visible.

Output List sends the data in a Summary Report to a printer, a text file, or a database file. This option allows output for all records in the summary, selected records, or a range of records from the Choose Output List option. A Summary Report will have only the first 4 columns of data printed.

Rank Records allows a variable to be selected and the areas in the Summary Report ranked by the selected variable. The selected variable will not necessarily be shown in the report itself.

Data/Score/Rank toggles the information displayed in the Summary Report window between the raw data for each variable (shown above), the EASI Score for each variable, and the EASI Rank for each variable.

Record Report provides a Detailed Report for the currently selected record. Double clicking the mouse on the currently selected record will provide the same result.

Reverse List displays the list in reverse order. Reversing the list can facilitate reviewing the areas that least match the profile.

Locate in List Selects an Area and locates that area in the Summary Report. This is useful when attempting to locate one specific area among many areas in the Summary Report.

Select From Map Selects Records From a Map based on their map attributes. For instance, all areas with a map score of "A" or all areas within a polygon drawn on the map can be selected using this option.
